CLUB CLOSEUP 15/7/16: Alice Olivia + Brookfield + Lua Sonique (W/ JAGERMEISTER)

July 15th see’s an amazing amalgamation of electronic and indie talent grace the Hoxton Square Bar and Kitchen for another edition of Club CloseUp (w/ Jagermeister).

Our extremely talented headliner, Alice Olivia, has gained much praise and an impressive following in the capital and nationwide. Singles such as ‘Wings Like Yours’ and ‘Sanctuary’ catapulted her into the ever-growing genre of female electronica. However, she has set her self up to be a cut above. Her monochromatic image and powerful yet still melancholic sound symbolize her uniqueness, and we cannot wait for what will no doubt be a trademark  Alice Olivia live performance for Club CloseUp.

Next up, the hotly anticipated Brookfield. Plying his trade for years around London’s underground scene, it seems like the newly Brit school graduate is stepping things up for 2016. His ‘Cloud 9’ EP shows his absolute songwriting talent down to the core, with heartfelt lyricism and saturnine vocals. Make sure you do not miss out on his first and only London show for some time.

Openers Lua Sonique are no strangers to Club CloseUp. Having performed for us in March, their encapsulating live set meant we just had to book them again. Heavy beats, intricate layers and a spectacularly eccentric front man, we cannot undersell the long lasting effect Lua Sonique have live. With a well established London reputation taking them all round the capital in recent times, this is set to be one of their biggest shows yet.

With 3 of the most hotly tipped electronic acts nationwide, along side drinks deals and more from our sponsors Jagermeister, ensure you get down to the Hoxton Square Bar and Kitchen on Friday the 15th of July.
