Our old favorites Silent Crowd are back, in the shape of new single ‘Candy’. Few bands get feel-good indie as right as these guys, and nothing has changed with their latest release.

Feel good lyrics plastered onto upbeat guitar licks and a synth backdrop allow for the sort of track you can see fans of The 1975 and (although maybe we compare them to this too often) Two Door Cinema Club moving along to in adoration. Don’t get it wrong, its early days for Silent Crowd, but ‘Candy’ is yet another step in the right direction of affirming themselves as one of the countries promising ‘up and comers’.
