CloseUp Festival

CloseUp Festival is the biggest event in the CloseUp calendar. showcasing the nation’s finest emerging indie/electronic talent @ North LDN’s well known venue Colours. We transform the venue in, creating a 2 day, 2 stage spectacular in the capital.

Partnering with our pals Jagermeister to supply the drinks, CUF has been featured by Dork, Soho Radio, Gigwise, The Metro (Print) & more.

Having hosted the likes of Kwassa, Childcare, EKKAH, Jerry Williams, joan, FOURS & many more in our 3 years, expect 2020’s indie jamboree to be no different. Dates & info on our LISTINGS page.

Follow The Sun

Taking things back to our roots, Follow The Sun Festival, is our South-Coast all dayer brings the best indie/electronic music to Portsmouth’s iconic Wedgewood Rooms. Follow The Sun takes place in July annually. 

2019’s edition (Follow The Sun II) gained press support from BBC Radio Solent, The News Portsmouth, local tastemakers Strong Island/The Shout & much more, as Lauran Hibberd, LONA, Only Sun & more took to our stage. We’re taking a break fro FTS in 2020, but it’ll be back in 2021.

Un Dia Festival

Our latest creation is our debut metropolitan festival, Un Dia Festival. Our new multi venue Sheffield festival w/ DPP Festival see’s us take over venues across the Yorkshire musical staple, with Network, Record Junkee & Cafe Totem hosting our main rooms, plus electronic/heavier offshoots. 

2020 sees our biggest year yet, with massive headlines & even more outrageous plans, with 18 of the hottest new acts, live across the city.

Festival Stages

We also run a variety of stages at some of the UK/Europe’s most influential music/industry festivals alongside some of the biggest tastemakers in the game. 

Our Sound City stage w/ Modern Sky UK (400 Cap) brings an amalgamation of acts that CloseUp & MSUK works with to the wonderful Liverpool Sound City in the heart of one of the worldwide capitals of music. 

Our Great Escape festival stage every year amalgamates combination of the UK’s most exciting acts championed by both ourselves and tastemakers at Gigwise & more.
